Contact us at returns@sdswatch.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Pack the item securely with the RA number visible.

Ship to our return center (address provided via email).
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:

Customized or engraved watches.

Final sale items (marked "Non-Returnable").
2. Refunds

Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
