RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At SDSWATCH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help!


1. Returns

✅ Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

  • Return within 30 days of delivery.

📦 How to Return:

  1. Contact us at returns@sdswatch.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Pack the item securely with the RA number visible.

  3. Ship to our return center (address provided via email).

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or engraved watches.

  • Final sale items (marked "Non-Returnable").


2. Refunds

💳 Processing:

  • Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

✉️ Notification:

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.


3. Exchanges

🔄 Process:

  • Email us at support@sdswatch.com to request an exchange (subject to availability).

  • Return your original item first (see steps above).


4. Damaged/Defective Items

🔧 Solution:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video proof.

  • We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
